Who I am

Visión Cinemática is a film production company based in New York. I’m Moisés Garcés and I’m responsible for your data. You can reach me any time at cinematicavision@gmail.com.

What I collect

Only what you give me in the contact form: your name, an email or a phone number, the type of event, the date, the venue and whatever you want to tell me. Nothing else. I never ask for or store payment details on this site.

When you visit, my hosting provider (Cloudflare) records anonymous technical data such as country, browser and pages viewed. It tells me whether the site is working. It cannot identify you.

What I use it for

To reply to you, put together a quote, and plan your event if we end up working together. Nothing else.

I do not sell, rent or hand your data to anyone. Ever. And I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.

Who I share it with

Only the tools I need to do the work, and only as far as necessary:

• HubSpot — where I keep contacts so your message isn’t lost.
• FormSubmit — the service that delivers the form to my inbox.
• Cloudflare — the site’s hosting.
• Google — if you arrive from a search or from my business profile.

How long I keep it

If we work together, I keep your event details for the length of the project plus three years, in case you need me to recover your film. If we don’t end up working together, I delete your enquiry after a year.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what data I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email cinematicavision@gmail.com and I’ll do it within thirty days. You don’t owe me an explanation.

Your footage

The films and photos from your event are yours. I only publish them on my site or social channels if you give me written permission. If you gave it and change your mind, tell me and I’ll take them down.

Minors

I film quinceañeras, which means I work with minors. Always with the permission of their parents or guardians, and I never publish a minor’s image without it.

Changes

If I change anything here, I update the date at the top. If the change matters and I have your email, I’ll tell you.
